Each offering includes video recording (2+ hours), presentation slides with links to research references, and access to bi-monthly office hours (from April – August 2025) to chat, ask questions, integrate information, and meet other reconnecting islanders across the globe. For Bisayan islanders & Filipinos of local & global diaspora, explore mystical linkages connecting Visayan precolonial history, spirituality & sexuality through these learning offerings, which include video recordings, research references, yoga practices, and link to 1-on-1 integration sessions. Bringing together interdisciplinary decolonial research with embodied Yoga practice, these offerings invite unity of body, mind, and spirit.

Visayoga: Re-search Roots in Embodied Practice
Visayans, islanders of the Philippines: Did you know that the concept of visaya is found in ancient texts of Yoga, Ayurveda, Tantra, and Buddhism? In this decolonial workshop, we will explore the philosophy of visaya across oceans of embodied wisdom.

Yamyam: Whispers of the Heart
Yam-yam means an incantation or quietly mutter words in Bisayan languages. Tracing sources of orasyon power, in this heartwork research, we will embrace ancient wisdoms & native practices for grounding in the heart.

Sakra Circle: Sacred Sexuality in Precolonial Visayas
Go beyond new age concepts of ‘chakras‘ & re-root in ancestral techno-ecologies. Through presented research & embodied meditation on Visayan sakra, we will contextualize & decolonize ancient Visayan sexuality & spirituality across oceans of sacred exchange.
